Frank is a longtime resident of  the Town of Mount Royal and is proud to be running for Councillor with Team Maryam. Both his personal and professional story are deeply tied to our community.

After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from Western, Frank began his career on Mountain Sights at Positron, one of his earliest experiences in high tech. That job planted the seed of entrepreneurship and, thanks to the accessibility of the TMR industrial sector, he launched his first company, Trilogix EMS, in 1990. What started in a modest rented space on Royalmount grew into a thriving business with its own building on Namur—a true example of how Mount Royal fosters innovation and success.

Today, Frank is the CEO of QXMedical, an international biotech company specializing in the development of advanced medical technologies. With over 30 years of experience in administration, operations, and innovation, Frank is known for his ability to build teams, solve problems, and deliver results.

Married for 35 years, Frank is a father of three, who spent many happy hours at the hockey arena and baseball field. He is an active member of Mount Royal United Church and Annunciation Parish, and also serves on the Faculty Advisory Board for McGill Engineering and Architecture.
